Would need the following info before even beginning to consider an answer....
How much are you looking to spend?
How much can you borrow?
How much holding costs can you afford?
How long do you wish to hold for?
Residential or Commercial?

hi, can't really help with sydney but if you are interested in IP's on the bay at Brisbane we have 2 for sale (private) $285,000 with tenant in place paying $320p/w
