am yogesh working in an it company as a functional analyst having 4 years experience post qualification in India

I am planning to apply for immigration to australia.
I have obtained my vet assess approval under the
AscoCode 2299-79 Business and Information Professionals nec

I am having 4 years+ of experience in Indian and International capital/equity markets i.e worked with an Indian stock exchange for 2.5 years + currently working in an leading Indian IT Company for 1.5 years .

My educational qualification are BCOM(Bachelor of Commerce) & MBA(Finance)

My agent is telling that I can only immigrate to South Australia(Adelaide ) ,as this state only can sponsor me.

I have checked out various jobsites and found that Job in equity markets are available in plenty in Sydney/Melbourne

Dear Friends Please help me what are job chances in equity/capital markets either as a dealer/analyst or a Businesss Analyst (Equity Firms).

Please help me out if any other state can sponsor me on the same or
Is that can I only go to South Australia Adelaide or anoy other

I heard they were going to stop immigrants into Melbourne because the city is getting too crowded and it means there is a housing shortage. So maybe best to stick with Adelaide until things improve.

there are 2 ways for you to find a sponsorship in australia
You can come in to work in a rural area, south australia is one and this is why your agent has asked you to apply for jobs there.
But if you have had your degree assessed and your qualification lets you find a job in one of Australia's industry in demand there is no problem with getting a sponsorship in Sydney
Check with the immigration website... Contact some employers in Sydney and good luck... Cheers
