I would like to ask if anyone from gumtree can tell me if my ad is legal please,

I was really worried about writing or posting something i shouldn't have.
I be most appreciative if gumtree could just check it and tell if i have please.
I will amend it immediately as soon as I am aware of what i did wrong.
I am trying to learn.
