Melbourne to Accra ,West Africa

I intend soon to travel on the above journey would any one be able to advise me please is it cheaper to go to london and then to accra or fly to perth to johanesburg and then up to accra ,its just that some one on this site might be able to advice me of the best route or do i fly from melbourne to dubai and then to accra and also the best and most reliable airline please i dont mind paying a bit extra so i get ther and not go on a flight where the fuse large falls of over the sea for example the quantus flight and they arfe now third fromthe top as far as airlines go so is it klm of lufunsa that are at the top of the list or some one might be able to advise me of the best flight centre to approach and do you need to get an injection before travel and what sort of visa do i get for a holiday and how long does it take to get it.
