Finding out how companies look out for their employees wellbeing. Does your company provide any physical activities? Would you participate in them if they were available?
We're really interested to find out if your employer is interested in looking out for your wellbeing in the workplace??!?!?!?!? |

If the company provided physical activities, and an employee were to
1. get injured
2. die (eg suffer heart attack)
I believe this will be treated as a workplace safety incident by workcover?

You are correct and that is something that the company that is developing the business plan needs to think about, OH&S and risk management. What we are doing is researching workplaces because we have prior knowledge of corporate companies putting together physical activities and we want to research to find out whether people would participate in them.
Thankyou for your response, it definately gave us something to think about, in need for OH&S and Risk Management thoughts.
I am not sure whether it is covered, but I'm sure it is, definately something we have to look into. |
