Can anything be done to filter all the share housing ads that are swamping the rental ads?

Since the website was changed about 2 months ago, it is alot more confusing to navigate.

Is there anyway to filter the accomodation section - there seems to be alot of ads? Especially the short term accomodation section - is there a way to filter it into places being offered and people looking.
