Razz Could someone PLEASE PLEASE tell me how to contact Gumtree?

I have posted 3 adds today Sunday 12/10/09 and it looks like some people are viewing my adds, however, I can't find them

Unfortunately, there's absolutely NO WAY of effectively contacting Gumtree administrators.


.....even if you email them, you WON'T get any response.

Gumtree doesn't exist. All you are viewing is a parallel matrix from the 'other side' .. you're actually using www.scamscamscam-u-all.com and you just don't know it. I suggest you put your head in the cupboard and sing Elvis Presley songs.

.....actually D, I think you might be right (all joking aside)!

.....I'm beginning to think that "Gumtree" is just acting as a sub-domain of eBay, so in effect, it doesn't exist as such.

.....there's NO moderators, NOBODY we can contact, NO active email address, NO valid telephone number, and NO street address or even a PO box address!

.....aren't these the normal hallmarks of a SCAM site?

It is a real shame that you can not get in contact with Gumtree Staff, anyone from there will do... If this was a business in the real world it would not survive for long. If you have a site offering any service, you must then have a customer service area that responds to it's customers in one form or another. Maybe it will go down, Maybe deserves to go down... I have notice the decline in advertisements over the time. Real SHAME
