Hey guys!
Apologies for the technical issues we experienced that prevented users from navigating the site correctly - we were attempting to make some changes to the site and somewhere along the line someone clicked a wrong button!
It was all fixed after several hours, but obviously we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Gumtree is working hard to give the community - you - the best free classifieds site available and in doing this we are obviously experimenting with new ideas, trialing features and making improvements based upon user feedback.
Feedback from you all is incredibly important and we would encourage you to always take part in any user surveys we may be running such as the one that ended yesterday.
The comments and suggestions drawn from these surveys are what eventually filter through to create site improvements - so if there is something you feel could be improved, let us know... it will get noticed.
Although we are aware that sometimes we are not the fastest at cleaning up the forums, that users can be frustrated by decisions taken by our moderation teams and not all our new features may appear to benefit every single user - I assure you that all our actions are taken with the communities best interests at heart.
Be patient guys.... and remember... Gumtree is 'your' free classifieds site
Thanks
The Gumtree Team |

Hi, I can't post an ad, is there still a problem?
I post the ad, and then it says "Thanks for posting your Ad." but it doesn't actually get posted? Any ideas? |
